It's Friday, Friday Gotta Drop Weight On Friday

Everybody's looking forward to the weight loss! If you didn't get the reference you must have been hiding in a cave this year. Did an early morning workout today and decided to jump on the scale since it was early and I hadn't eaten yet. Was pleased to see I'm down another 5 lbs to 375 lbs. That's 87 total since Jan. 17th. One day at a time..
