The Serious Summer Continues

Jumped on the scale today and I'm down to 338.5 lbs from starting at 462 on January 17th. Total loss: 124.5 lbs in 7 and 1/2 months. The Serious Summer continues and it just goes to show anybody can make this happen. One day at a time..
