When I first started my journey I unfortunately didn't do the standard thing of taking an official body fat measurement or BMI. Luckily the internet exists and I could go back and calculate my old BMI when I was 462 (in case you don't know BMI = Body Mass Index which determines obesity). Also took a current measurement of body fat percentage and BMI and Im down almost 12 on the BMI scale from 62 to 50. 30 is obese so the goal is to get under that number. Body fat percentage is down to 40% which if I remember correctly at one point was in the mid-fifties. One day at a time..
