Beef: It's What's On My Plate

I know that in the world of losing weight or general healthy living beef is frowned upon. I'm here to tell you that, yes, beef is higher in calories, and yes, it can have "bad fats", but it's actually okay to eat beef once in a while. Eating beef hasn't slowed down my progress and I've lost almost 100 lbs. Now don't go too crazy either. Stick to fish and chicken for as long as you can and then when you start to get a craving, eat it. Just be careful about portions and you'll be fine. I made some delicious kabobs today. Had one for lunch today and I'm taking the other one to work for lunch tomorrow. Bon Appétit!
