Rah's Regimen

I've had a lot of people ask me what I've been doing to lose weight and I always say move more and eat less. Now I'll reveal my secret ancient ways and be more specific about what I do.

I found the Harvard food pyramid online and realized it was basically what I'm already eating with some minor modifications which I have expertly made in the pic below.



My process basically consists of:
- Water
- Gym 6 days a week MINIMUM
- 1800-2200 calories per day intake with foods from the pyramid (calorie # will go down as I lose more)
- 1 rest day
- 1 cheat day
- Additional movement throughout the day with low weight free weights, exercise band, basketball and extra walks
- ..and more water!
