My right knee has been giving me problems so I've had to chill out on the stair machine. So today I did 20 min bike, 20 min treadmill, 10 min elliptical and 10 min on "The Step". It works out better because it allows me to put more pressure on my left knee and still get a good calf and thigh burn.
