Effort Today, Results Tomorrow

Well today I was down to 432 lbs, that's 30 lbs in 4 weeks. I'm not discouraged at all by the low number. I busted my ass last week and I added workouts to my regimen. My eating has been on point and I can honestly look in the mirror and say that without feeling guilty.

I'm not on a weight loss show and I don't have to lose 6000 lbs in a week. I'm going at a pace that's comfortable for me and keeping it simple. I know I'm improving my life and making healthy choices and that's all that counts. Throughout my journey the pounds WILL melt away and I WILL be a different person in a year. That is a guarantee. Here's a little pic of tonight's belly buster session.



At 3.0 speed for 80% of the hour plus an interval climb up to a 10 incline going up a step .5 every 30 seconds and then working back down. This will kick your ass. People couldn't believe such a big dude was busting his own ass all by himself. And the girl next to me on the treadmill kept looking over and I'm pretty sure my ass busting caused her to burst into a hardcore run when she saw all the sweat.

  1. Keep sweating dude.. A little secret that the MMA guys use to cut weight is to drink a gallon of distilled water the first day, before and hitting the sauna really hard on the following day. Seen 200lb dudes cut to 180 in 3 days. You have to rehydrate after your sit in the steam room on day 2 with Lemon water and continue to Hydrate on day 3 but it supposedly works.
