Down 10 lbs in 1 Week

I officially began my journey on Jan. 17th, 2011. At my first weigh in I was 462 lbs. On Jan. 24th, 2011 I was 452 lbs. Down ten pounds in one week and I'm not following any diets. I've simply cut out processed sugars and carbs, drink only water and began going on walks.
