New Weigh In (It's About Time)

It's been about a month since I've posted and I'm not gonna lie, August was rough. I got off track a few weekends in a row and it made me realize why I'm really doing this. It's about choices. It's about managing yourself mentally and that's it. Once I got past my own mental blocks I got through the rough patch. I started out August at 338 lbs and officially as of this weekend I'm down to 330 lbs on the dot. Started my journey at 462 for a total loss of 132 lbs! One day at a time..

Never Forget

This morning on the 10 Year Anniversary of 9-11 I hiked Squaw Peak, one of Phoenix's great urban trails (and not easy). On my way up I saw the Army coming down after putting an American Flag at the top! Great sight to see and awesome exercise!

Meal Time
